Oat and choc cookies

Ingredients
- 150gm soft butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2⅓ cups oats
- 1 cup choc chips or chopped choc
Method
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy
- Add egg and vanilla and combine
- Add flour and baking powder
- Mix in oats and chocolate
- Form a tablespoon of mixture into a ball. Press onto lined tray. They don't spread much, but leave room around each.
- Bake 180C for 15-20 mins until golden remove from tray carefully and cool on a rack.
