Ingredients
  • 150gm soft butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2⅓ cups oats
  • 1 cup choc chips or chopped choc
Method
  1. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy
  2. Add egg and vanilla and combine
  3. Add flour and baking powder
  4. Mix in oats and chocolate
  5. Form a tablespoon of mixture into a ball. Press onto lined tray. They don't spread much, but leave room around each.
  6. Bake 180C for 15-20 mins until golden remove from tray carefully and cool on a rack.
